At OSTPL, we are managing and maintaining our servers in state-of-the-art Data Center located in Florida, USA. Our servers are equipped with the Cisco Routers and other best performer components. Through our services and support we provide the best solution to all of our clients across the globe.
Our Internet Data Centers (IDCs) are modeled after Telco-grade facilities of Tier 1 service providers. Our IDCs have all of the security features and amenities one would find in a large service provider. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year by our system engineers. Our NOC personnel monitors all systems, handles with e-mail and network abuse complaints, and provides telephone assistance to dedicated server and co-location clients.

Hardware
We use only brand name, high quality components, Copper (not aluminum) CPU Heat sinks, Certified Memory. This ensures a high level of reliability on the server hardware. Connected to 10/100 Ethernet ports.
Uptime
We virtually have a near 100% up time record. We don"t have any complex legal SLAs; our business is built on the years of reputation of high level of customer satisfaction from our existing customers. Today, nearly 50% of our new business comes from referrals by our existing customers. We understand the need of 100% uptime for our customer-base and we know that our customers will take their business elsewhere if we do not meet their up-time requirements.
Support
We provide 24-hour email support, and 24-hour phone support from India.
